Anomaly Detector Device

Nothing from STALKER this time! I decided to go back to the source and imagine what equipment from the book Roadside Picnic might have looked like. Technological devices are barely mentioned or described in the book, since it's really more of a character story, but I can't 3D model a character arc, so I made this instead :D

As it takes place in Canada and, presumably, the 70s (when it was written) I decided to give it a suitable aesthetic. The purpose of this project was to improve my texturing skills, so I basically mixed together some existing stuff - the casing is a straight copy of the Soviet R-105 radio casing - and focused on making cool functional details, surface properties, wear and tear, and the like.
